ASTM International Committee D02 on Petroleum Products, Liquid Fuels and Lubricants has presented its Lowrie B. Sargent Award to David Forester, Global Products Development at Fuel Quality Services Inc. Committee recognized Forester for his outstanding service and leadership contributions, particularly as chairman of Subcommittee D02.14 on Stability and Cleanliness of Liquid Fuels. He is credited with helping grow D02.14 from a small group formed in 1998 to one of the largest subcommittees.
