Housed in 3 x 3 mm PQFN surface mount package, MAAL-010528 GaAs MMIC LNA provides nominal gain of 20 dB, OIP3 linearity of 26 dBm, and mid-band noise figure supply of 1.6 dB over 8.0–12.0 GHz frequency band. Unit features self-bias architecture which requires user to apply only single positive supply. Internally matched to 50 Ω input/output, 60 mA amplifier is suited for V-Sat, radar, and microwave applications.
