Jury finds Cisco did not infringe VirnetX patents

A jury in Texas found that Cisco Systems did not infringe four patents held by VirnetX Holding, according to court records. The jury in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Tyler division, however, found in its verdict on Thursday that the all the listed claims of three patents owned by VirnetX are valid.

Guardian: Sickness being attributed to wind turbines is more likely to have been caused by people getting alarmed at the health warnings circulated by activists, an Australian study has found. BP's cement contractor on the Deepwater Horizon rig has discovered cement samples possibly tied to the ill-fated drilling project that weren't turned over to the Justice Department after the 2010 oil spill, a lawyer for the contractor said Thursday.
