Partners finalize 30-year concession for airport operation, rehabilitation and maintenance Tokyo, Nov 17, 2014 - - JALUX Inc. , Mitsubishi Corporation , and Myanmar's SPA affiliated group-company Yoma Development Group Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd. , have signed a concession agreement with Myanmar's Department of Civil Aviation for the concession to operate Mandalay International Airport for 30 years. Operations are scheduled to commence around March of 2015, based on the concession agreement concluded with DCA.

A military-linked conglomerate in Myanmar has won an arbitration case that will allow it to buy out its Thai-controlled partner in Myanmar's biggest brewery. The ruling affects a 55% stake held in Myanmar Brewery by the Singapore-based food and beverage conglomerate Fraser & Neave Ltd , which is controlled by the Thai liquor billionaire Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi.
