The wife of a Jackson County man who was killed while working at Omega Protein's Moss Point plant in 2014 has reached an unknown settlement with the company. According to court documents, the settlement was filed on Thursday, Jan. 14. Katlyn Taylor said her husband, Jerry Lee Taylor II, was launched 100 feet away when the tank he was doing hot work on exploded on July 28, 2014.
