It's an interesting question, because the Black Panther has been a character who's had political meaning almost since his inception - sometimes despite the intentions of those writing or drawing him.

Three-quarters of respondents to a survey commissioned by the Customer Owned Banking Association say the big banks do not disclose their ownership of alternative banking brands clearly enough, which the credit union lobby group says is restricting genuine competition. COBA told the financial system inquiry the major banks are portraying their sub-brands as independent competitors and were designed to lure customers who don't want to bank with a major bank.
