Colburn, RN, is director of the standards program at the Center for Devices and Radiological Health, part of the U.S. FDA. In this position, Colburn manages center’s participation in developing test methods and performance standards for medical devices, and he oversees CDRH staff. Richard A. Peri Elected to ASTM International Board for Three-Year Term

Richard A. Peri, VP of government and industry affairs at Aircraft Electronics Association (AEA) in Washington, D.C., has been elected to ASTM International board of directors. ASTM International member since 2004, Peri serves as chairman of Committee F39 on Aircraft Systems and is also member of Committees F37 on Light Sport Aircraft and F44 on General Aviation Aircraft. With 40+ years of aviation experience, Peri has touched nearly all facets of aviation support.
