Minnesota Nutrition Conference will hold its 76th annual conference on Sept. 16-17 at Mystic Lake Casino & Hotel in Prior Lake, Minn., with the general session focusing on Societal Concerns in Animal Nutrition. The pre-conference symposium, sponsored by Milk Specialties Global on Sept. 16th is The Role of Fatty Acids in Animal Nutrition.
