Designed to meet Class I and Class II Div 2 specifications, MagnaShear™ Hazardous Duty Brakes offer spring set torque ratings from 3–900 lb-ft, and can be sized to correct torque independent of motor frame size or horsepower. Units include quick mount features for mounting to drive motors in NEMA frame sizes 56–405. Featuring modular design, brakes are totally enclosed from outside contaminants. Oil shear technology transmits torque between lubricated surfaces, eliminating wear.

Constructed of die cast aluminum, HAL-LED-CPR-C-40 produces 4,000 lm while drawing 40 W. Tempered glass lens protects 24 LEDs that produce 120° beam spread. Approved for Class 1 Division 2 hazardous locations, fixture also carries ATEX Zone 1 & 2 ratings as well as PSE and SAA certifications. Adjustable bracket, included, enables wall or ceiling mounting, and fixture may also be pendant mounted. Unit comes with 10 ft 16/3 SOOW cable with flying leads for connection to 90–305 Vac source.
