Current Probe evaluates switch mode power supplies.
2015-03-05 14:31:08| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today
At 100 MHz bandwidth, R&S RT-ZC20B Current Probe can measure AC and DC of max 30 A (RMS)/50 A (peak) current with resolution of 10 mA. Via probe interface, R&S RTO, R&S RTE, and R&S RTM oscilloscopes automatically detect up to 4 current probes connected in parallel. Instruments also automatically adjust vertical scaling and zeroing settings. Degaussing function is activated directly on instrument. With oscilloscopes' 16-bit high definition option, currents less than 1 mA can also be measured.
