NuWaves Engineering’s 13G05A is an L-band, solid-state power amplifier covering the 800 to 2000 MHz frequency range. It has a 35 Watt (minimum) RF output power, 45 dB gain, -15 dBc (maximum) 2nd harmonic, a 0 dBm nominal drive level, +20 dBm maximum input drive level (no damage), and an operating temperature range of -40 to +85oC.

Housed in 4.50 x 3.50 x 0.61 in. aluminum chassis, NuPower™ 13G05A provides saturated RF power of at least 35 W from 800–2,000 MHz with greater than 40% efficiency across frequency band. With nominal input drive level of 0 dBm, L-band unit offers 45 dB of RF gain. Device is small enough for integration into air- or ground-based tactical, test, or training platforms. It can be used with communications and telemetry systems to provide range extension or with electronic warfare systems.
