Shippensburg >> A man who challenged a train in Shippensburg survived, but faces criminal charges in the aftermath of his adventure. Shippensburg police say Matthew Farwell, 43, Shippensburg, will be charged with trespassing, tampering with evidence, theft and possession of drug paraphernalia after defying an oncoming train twice in a 12-hour period Saturday and Sunday.
