Supplied in 324-ball BGA package, SAMA5D3 series is based on ARM® Cortex™-A5 core and uses 65 nm low-power process technology to deliver up to 850 DMIPS at 536 MHz while offering 1,328 MBps at 166 MHz bus speed. FPU provides additional processing power for image, audio, and sensor data. Consuming under 200 mW in active mode at max speed and below 0.5 mW in low-power mode when retaining context and offering fast wake-up, MPU delivers diverse peripheral set and security capabilities.
