An accountant from Windsor Township is accused of stealing more than $423,000 from an aluminum finishing business during a 12-year period, after police said she cashed hundreds of checks into a shell company and used the money for herself. Shirley Cottrell, 67, of the 300 block of Grove Road, was arrested Monday on a charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition of movable property and related offenses.
