Units deliver output voltages of 12, 24, 28, and 48 Vdc and operate down to no-load condition. Housed in 2.4 x 2.5 x 0.52 in. case, converters feature switching frequency of 200 kHz, output voltage setpoint accuracy of ±1.5%, and isolation voltage of 2,250 Vdc. Line and load regulations are 0.05% and 0.08%. With battery power source conservation in mind, OFF current is 2mA.

Dual cooling technique enables delivery of 38.5 A (438 W) in 55°C ambient with airflow of 400 LFM. With 0.5 in. heat sink and 400 LFM airflow, delivery of 504 W at 70°C is possible. Accepting 39–75 Vdc input, products maintain tight output tolerance of ±210 mV (±1.7%) for all input, loading, and temperature variations. Droop mode current share option is available.
