Expect delays near Sellwood Bridge on Nov. 17 during traffic change

Drivers should expect long delays near the Sellwood Bridge on Tuesday, November 17 from 9 am until 4 pm as a contractor shifts traffic lanes for the next phase of construction where the new bridge connects with Highway 43. The new traffic stage will create space for the contractor to build the second through lane under the bridge. The traffic configuration will be in place until summer 2016.

Reuters: The senior adviser to U.S. President Barack Obama on climate, Brian Deese, will meet with Canadian leaders about energy and climate change in Ottawa, Canada, on Monday, according to the White House.
