Tesla round two: Carmaker will fight to change Texas law in 2015

The Palo Alto, California-based company can't sell its 100-percent electric vehicles in Texas because the state law requires new vehicles be sold at franchise dealerships. Tesla bucks the trend of gasoline-powered vehicles, selling its cars directly to the end buyer, thus skipping the middle man.
