Designed for use with Walter BoringMEDIUM system for 20–153 mm drilled holes and Walter BoringMAXI system for 150–640 mm drilled holes, E47 Counterboring Insert Geometry provides optimized chip breaking and removal properties that result from universal chip groove, positive rake angle, and strong cutting edge with 0° chamfer. Depending on shape of insert and size, depths of cut from 2.5–6.3 mm are possible. Inserts are aimed at material groups ISO P and K as well as ISO M and ISO S.
