Pelephone offers ILS 710 mln to acquire Golan Telecom

(Telecompaper) Israeli operator Bezeq said its subsidiary Pelephone Communications has submitted a conditional proposal for the purchase in cash of the entire ownership and control of Golan Telecom for ILS 710 million. Bezeq said this proposal is valid until 15 April and is subject to the fulfillment of various conditions, including signing a binding agreement on terms, if they are agreed, and the approval by the boards of both Pelephone and the company.

(Telecompaper) Cellcom Israel said its board has approved a comprehensive restructuring plan which will strengthen it in facing continued intense competition and low prices in the market. The plan sets a number of goals to be achieved by the end of 2020, including returning to positive net income, cutting the net debt to EBITDA ratio below 3 (excluding IFRS16 ramifications and special and unusual items), and preparing the company to cope better with market conditions, competition and future investments.

Your future role and responsibilities The ILS Integrated Logistics Support Engineer is responsible and for ensuring all process are in place that the system designed can be built and maintained. ILS is a recognised discipline of management techniques in relation to Support costs including manpower, facilities, tools etc, Documentation, Training and Logistics over the life of the system being supported.
