NTSB concluded pilots of crashed Gulfstream G-IV business jet bound for Atlantic City on May 31, 2014 failed to perform flight control check before takeoff and attempted to take off while critical flight controls were locked because gust lock was engaged. Finally, these pilots delayed rejecting takeoff after they became aware of locked flight controls.
