Respective CW threshold current ratings are 30, 40, and 50 mA for 450, 520, and 638 nm, and various fiber pigtail options are available. While optical power is 35 mW typ @ 25°C, spectral width is 2 nm for all 3 wavelengths. Operating range is -20 to +50°C at rated drive conditions.
