Activists demand end to overuse of antibiotics in agriculture industry

A group in Madison is calling on the federal government to stop farmers from using antibiotics on cattle that aren't sick. WISPIRG is launching a campaign called "End the Abuse of Antibiotics", citing a poll conducted by Consumers Union that finds 97 percent of doctors surveyed said they were concerned about drug-resistant infections.
