Charlotte-Mecklenburg police on Wednesday arrested a man and a woman in Sunday's robbery of the Harris Teeter at 7852 Rea Road. Renita Nicole White, 42, and Joshua Caleb Bullock, 28, both of Charlotte, were charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon.

A former employee of Urban Outfitters was arrested by the Edgefield County Sheriff's Office, Friday, Jan. 30, for unlawfully carrying a pistol onto the property. According to an ECSO report filed on the matter, the ECSO was notified Friday of a man in the parking lot of the business who was in possession of a firearm.

Officers were dispatched to the Burlington Coat Factory, 80 Boston Post Road on a shoplifting complaint, Jan. 24 at 12:18 p.m. According to the report, Radames Marrero-Garcia, 37, of 104 Hallock Ave., New Haven, was accused of taking $459.77 worth of clothing, watches and cologne from the store without paying. He reportedly ran away when store security confronted him, but officers found him nearby and took him into custody.
