Z-Communications, Inc. announces a new RoHS compliant VCO (Voltage-Controlled Oscillator) model V600ME45-LF ideal for satellite communication applications. The V600ME45-LF operates from 3000 to 6000 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0-24 Vdc. This octave tuning VCO features a typical phase noise of -103 dBc/Hz @ 100 kHz offset and an average tuning sensitivity of 147 MHz/V.
