The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has proposed a plan to clean up contaminated soil from residential properties at the Sherwin-Williams/Hilliards Creek Superfund site in Gibbsboro and Voorhees, New Jersey.

The sale of the 392,000-square-foot Class A manufacturing plant at 112 Barnum Road in the former military base was announced by its owners, Calare Properties, a private, Hudson-based real estate investment firm and operator, and Hackman Capital Partners, LLC, an asset-based investment firm headquartered in Los Angeles. The buyer is  Clinton-based Nypro, now part of Jabil, a Florida-based company, has leased about half of the building for manufacturing use.
