Replacing core glue pot with traversing nozzle, Programmable Spray Core Glue System applies glue to cores on rotating spindle. Stroke, beginning and end points of glue nozzle traverse are controlled through PLC. Equipped with large tank and pump supplying glue to applicator nozzle, system extends turret runs before having to add more glue. System can be programmed to provide gap in spray pattern so that adjacent cores are not stuck together. Employed in digital cameras and smartphones, iridix 8 offers precise digital model of how human eyes adapt to lighting variations to improve visibility of shadow and highlight detail. Local tone map engine, adjusting each pixel of each frame dynamically to match processing which occurs in retina, enables real-time High Dynamic Range (HDR) functions. For HDR sensors, iridix 8 can compress dynamic range from 160 dB to 60 dB standard output with complete preservation of image detail.
