Old Market Square has officially joined the digital age thanks to city officials installing a free WiFi service throughout the historic downtown area. The service, which encompasses the square itself and the recently built adjacent gazebo, is part of the city's "Vision 2025" initiative and according to City Councilman Kent Dykes, is something that has been in the works for the past five or so years.
