Designed for use with Spindle Error Analyzer (SEA), 3-axis stage includes top plate with mounting holes mating to SEA probe holders. Spindles can be located in test stand, with probes located ±50 µm from master ball. Included in SEA system are capacitive displacement sensors, masterball targets with less than 100 nm roundness error, temperature sensors, and analysis software.
