Operating at 2,700 MHz with 0.5–4.5 V control voltage range, CVCO55CC-2700-2700 features typ phase noise of -118 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and typ output power of +7 dBm. VCO comes in 0.5 x 0.5 in. package, has 5 V input rating, and consumes 30 mA max. Pulling and pushing are minimized to 0.5 MHz and 0.1 MHz/V, respectively, and second harmonic suppression is -15 dBc typ.
