Simplifying wide V(IN) synchronous power supply design, SIMPLE SWITCHER LM43600, LM43601, LM43602, and LM43603 support input voltage from 3.5–36 V and generate output currents up to 0.5, 1, 2, and 3 A, respectively, while LM46000, LM46001, and LM46002 support input of 3.5–60 V and output currents up to 0.5, 1, and 2 A. Housed in 5 x 6.4 mm package, synchronous regulators offer programmable switching frequency up to 2.2 MHz and standby current of 27 µA, minimizing power consumption at light load.
