Wesfarmers executive Rob Scottaoe' is one of the biggest winners from an organisational revamp by the Perth-based conglomerate, which will roll its chemicals, energy, resources and industrial safety businesses into one large division. Wesfarmers' three industrial businesses - chemicals and fertilisers, industrial and safety, and resources - will become part of a new industrials division that will be overseen by Mr Scott, a former Wesfarmers Insurance managing director and current financial services managing director for the conglomerate.
