Supplied in 14 x 9.0 x 6.5 mm package, IQOV-162 series is available in 10–100 MHz frequency range and provides frequency stability down to ±5 ppb from -40 to +85°C. OCXO operates from 3.3 V supply, consumes 600 mA during warm up, and takes <5 min to be within <100 ppb of final specification and 300 mA max at steady state at 25°C. Output can be specified as HCMOS, 15 pF load, or Sinewave into 50 Ω load, and phase noise performance is better than -150 dBc/Hz @ 1 kHz offset. Device incorporates adaptive algorithm which has ability to learn from stable GPS signal over period of 2 days. Frequency is accurate to within ±1E-12 when locked to 1 PPS GPS signal.
