Single-channel unit can be calibrated to display analog sensor's DC voltage or current output in engineering units, or temperature in °F or °C. Powered by 16–30 Vdc, meter includes peak-hold function and internal relay contacts for set-point control of alarm or annunciator.

Run as standalone ratemeter or configured as complete control and display system, PM500 has two 4–20 mA sensor inputs that can be scaled to any user-selected units. There are various sensor inputs types, but most common are temperature, speed, and position. Because inputs are independent of each other, meter can be programmed to display 2 different processes. Unit can be powered by 115 or 230 Vac and includes 4-digit display switchable between 2 inputs and communicates via Modbus RS-485.
