Designed for repeatability and accurate plasticization, GL30-LP provides advanced injection for micro features with extremely tight tolerances. Machine can reduce its rated 30 ton clamp tonnage to 5% (1.5 tons) without loss of accuracy, and injection response time is 2–3 msec. For consistent measurement and injection of melt stream, V-Line 2-stage plunger system separates plasticization and injection processes. Other features include hybrid clamping mechanism and 4.5 cc barrel.

Trigger pulse is obtained via force analysis, and forces acting during probing are processed electronically. This enables consistent probe accuracy over 360°.
