Integrated eBeam sterilization technology uses focused electron beam to sterilize surface of packaging material as it runs through filling machine, killing any bacteria or micro-organisms present. Negating use of hydrogen peroxide facilitates water recycling while also reducing energy consumption and waste.

With max speed of 400 mm/sec, Model CL-100 can handle single-sided, metalized, or FR-4 panels of any length, with thicknesses from 0.8-3.5 mm. Machine uses 3 sets of round knives that are positioned at different heights to separate in 3 sequential steps. By using starting and ending table to lay panel, motor-driven machine enables operator to feed panel into and through knives. Table comes in standard length of 7.8 ft with 3.5 ft at front and 3.5 ft at rear.

Horizontal power-stroked honing machine features 5 hp spindle drive and 1.5 hp stroker drive, with stroke travel up to 15.43 in. Spindle speed is infinitely adjustable from 200–3,000 rpm, with stroke rates of 10–550 spm. Cutting pressure can be adjusted in 1 lbf increments to maximum of 500 lbf.
