Des Hague in January 2014 while CEO of Stamford, Conn.-based Centerplate, months before a video of Hague kicking a dog would cost him his job. In the year since Stamford-based Centerplate's former CEO resigned after a video went viral of him kicking a dog in an elevator, Des Hague says that he and his family received death threats and that his son was accosted as a result of the incident, but that he is working to rebuild his life.

McDonald's, Tyson cut ties with farmer tied to abuse video

" McDonald's and its supplier Tyson Foods say they've cut ties with a chicken farmer after an advocacy group released a video taken with a hidden camera that the group said showed abusive practices at its farm. The video was released by Mercy for Animals, an animal rights group that says it has released more than 40 similar videos in the past.
