Sauer Inc. has won a contract to build a $4 million parish hall for the St. John Paul II Catholic Mission in Nocatee. The hall, a 12,000-square-foot, single-story building at 127 Stonemason Way , will have a lobby, a commercial kitchen, a chapel, offices, conference rooms, open administrative space, a large multipurpose area with a stage, a sacristy, an audiovideo and storage room and a folding-partition wall system, Sauer said in a news release.
