Francis X. Caprara, who died Friday morning at age 80, was remembered by family and friends for the sincere interest he took in every person he met and passion for the auto dealership founded in his name. The Bronx native, who moved from New York City to Watertown with his family in 1974 to launch F.X. Caprara auto dealership at his Perch Lake Road home, had a rare knack for remembering names of everyone he met, said James Widrick, who befriended Mr. Caprara about three decades ago.
