BIO Applauds Legislation that Levels the Playing Field for Renewable Chemicals

BIO thanked Senator Debbie Stabenow (D-MI) for introducing Qualifying Renewable Chemical Production Tax Credit Act of 2013, which grants renewable chemical producers access to production tax credits available to other renewable energy producers. BIO's Jim Greenwood said "Creating a level playing field in tax policy will help U.S. industrial biotech companies innovate and develop new products."
