According to settlement announced by U.S. EPA and U.S. Department of Justice, Wisconsin Public Service (WPS) will invest ~$300 million in pollution control technology, pay $1.2 million civil penalty, and spend $6 million on environmental mitigation projects to resolve Clean Air Act (CAA) violations.
