The Fricker's restaurant chain purchased the former Lone Star Steakhouse at 251 Springboro Pike, but has not revealed plans for the site. Frick Family LLC bought the former Lone Star Steakhouse at 251 Springboro Pike for $450,000 from Sovereign LS I LLC, according to Montgomery County records.

Flexsteel buys 500,000-square-foot building in Edgerton

Flexsteel Industries Inc., one of the nation's oldest and largest furniture manufacturers, purchased a 500,000-square-foot distribution facility at Logistics Park Kansas City in Edgerton. The Dubuque, Iowa-based furniture maker paid $24.1 million for the building and the 26.7-acre site it occupies, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.

Charlotte's Childress Klein buys former SciQuest building in Cary

A Weston Parkway office building in Cary that was recently vacated by growing-software firm SciQuest has been sold to a Charlotte investor group for $12.5 million. Real estate records show a joint venture partnership led by Charlotte-based Childress Klein Properties acquired the three-story building at 6501 Weston Parkway from a subsidiary of Archon Group , the real estate arm of investment bank Goldman Sachs .
