A CAR salesman has been ordered to carry out 240 hours of unpaid work after taking items from part-exchange cars and selling them on eBay. Graham Mays, 53, from Alan Way, Colchester, would collect cars which were included in deals at Lancaster Luxury Cars, in Ipswich, before taking items left in the vehicles by previous owners and selling them on the internet auction site.

A car salesman who admitted stealing more than 5,000 from his employer has been sentenced to 240 hours unpaid work. Graham Mays, who worked for Lancaster Mercedes in Ipswich, was also told by Judge David Goodin to pay A 776 compensation.
Morrison Bridge closed Sunday for lift span work

The Morrison Bridge will be closed to motor vehicles on Sunday, November 23 from 7 a.m. until as late as 7 p.m. during an inspection and maintenance work on the lift span deck. The work is related to problems with deck panels that were installed in 2011 2012.
