United Kingdom: Gas power station activists being sued by owners of plant for 5m

Telegraph: The French-owned energy company EDF is seeking the damages from the 20 activists after they halted the construction of the West Burton power station in Nottinghamshire last October. The activists belonging to the "No Dash For Gas" protest group pleaded guilty to charges of aggravated trespass at Mansfield magistrates court.
