German court rejects last-minute injunction against 5G auction

(Telecompaper) The German administrative court of Cologne has rejected the appeals for an injunction against the 5G auction, DPA reports. The appeals were filed by Deutsche Telekom, Vodafone, Telefonica Germany and Freenet. The judge said that there is no urgency for such as court order, as the rules set by the Federal Network Agency are lawful. The main proceeding of the operators' lawsuits against the 5G licence conditions will likely start in a few months.
