AASHTO Board elects Iowa's Paul Trombino as President.

AASHTO's board of directors elected Iowa Department of Transportation Director Paul Trombino, III, association president. David Bernhardt, P.E., commissioner of the Maine Department of Transportation, was elected vice president. Trombino will primarily focus on ensuring AASHTO is well positioned to serve its member departments. He said his primary emphasis will be on implementing AASHTO's new strategic plan, including completing a thorough review of the association's committee structure.

Ethan Allen Elects Tara Stacom to Board of Directors

Ethan Allen Interiors Inc. today announced that Tara I. Stacom has been elected to the Company's Board of Directors, effective immediately. The Company also announced that two of its long-standing directors, Frank Wisner and Kristin Gamble, are retiring from the Company's Board of Directors immediately prior to its 2015 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.

ASC Board Elects New Chair and Treasurer and adds Board member.

Adhesive and Sealant Council (ASC) announced Traci Jensen will replace current Chair Andy Johnston effective June 22, 2015 and serve remainder of his term (through December 31, 2016). Charles Williams will serve as ASC's Treasurer to fill remainder of Jensen's current term in that position through December 31, 2016. Board also approved adding Tom Stewart, as Director to serve remainder of Andy Johnston's Board seat through December 31, 2017.
