Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP today announced that a class action has been commenced in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania on behalf of holders of H.J. Heinz Company common stock on February 14, 2013, in connection with the proposed acquisition of Heinz by Berkshire Hathaway, Inc.
