Seattle-based Nordstrom Inc. said it plans to open a 24,000-square-foot Nordstrom Rack store at Marina Pacifica Mall in Long Beach, off Pacific Coast Highway near East 2nd St. The new Nordstrom Rack will occupy the former Loehmann's space and join a mix of tenants that include Best Buy , Ulta Beauty, Pier 1 Imports, AMC Theaters, Barnes & Noble, Sports Authority and Ralphs. The mall is managed by Woodland Hills-based NewMark Merrill Cos .
