"We had simply outgrown where we were," Robert Forrester, president and CEO of Newman's Own Foundation and executive chairman of Newman's Own Inc., said at an event celebrating the release of the Paul Newman stamp Wednesday at the company's new space on the Post Road East. "Finding a new home for Newman's Own was not a choice but an imperative," the organization said in a brochure handed out at the event.
