Martin County studies potential railcar disaster

On Tuesday morning, Martin County commissioners will look at what firefighters say could happen if a railcar on the Florida East Coast rail tracks crashed carrying chemicals. The county says the report is a direct response to All Aboard Florida's plans to run more trains on the FEC tracks.
