Voltage Controlled Oscillators cover 10 MHz to 11 GHz range.

2016-02-08 14:31:04| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today

Available in true surface mount and coaxial packaged versions, High Reliability VCOs cover select bands from 10 MHz to 11 GHz. Frequency of output signal can be varied by adjusting amplitude of input tuning voltage. Units feature tuning voltages from 0–20 V, output power from 0 to +12.5 dBm, and phase noise performance as low as -125 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset. Operating from -40 to +85°C, oscillators are designed to meet MIL-STD-202 environmental test conditions.
